ViveBale Corporation Private Limited designed and delivered a workshop on HR Transformation for KGCCI in Rudrapur on September 21, 2018.

World around us is constantly changing and so is the way we work. In coming decades, technology and innovation will keep accelerating the pace of change. It is vital to develop our abilities to adapt to these changing times like a pro-surfer would ride the incessant and dubious waves.

Changes in business environment was explained using the Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity (VUCA) model and the role of HR in driving these changes was explained using organizational & talent development strategies and employee wellbeing solutions which will ultimately result in Transformation through automation, responsiveness, and through creating future.

Roots of HR along with history and evolution of HR was also discussed to help audience connect to HRD, Strategic HR and HR Transformation phases in the past century. Importance of disruptive thinking and its positive impact on business, vendors and customers was also emphasized so as to help the gathering device plans to leverage the changes to their benefit.

Workshop was attended by HR professionals and industry experts from Kumaon and Garwal regions.
